Low energy is a symptom, not a pattern. The question that separates one kind from another is whether it tracks with food or ignores food, because those two answers point at different systems and different next steps.

A signaling problem is a problem with the message, meaning the cell is not getting a clean instruction to make energy. A structural problem is a problem with the capacity, meaning the machinery that makes energy is the limit. Part two

If you are on a GLP-1, run this first

A GLP-1, the class of appetite compounds that includes semaglutide and retatrutide, can flatten daytime energy on its own. If you are running one, it has to be ruled out first, because it can produce the same reading the rest of this flowchart is trying to interpret.

What this section does and does not do. This identifies the variable.
