Protocol Builder

All the tools in one central location, in one app.

About this tool

A peptide protocol builder that starts with the foundation, not the compound

The Protocol Builder asks a few questions about your goal, where you are right now, and the specific problems you want addressed, then lays out a layered research framework. It runs a foundation check first, because research suggests sleep, training, protein and stress can decide more of the outcome than the compound choice does. It then assigns compound layers in priority order, checks each pair for a shared receptor, which is the docking point on a cell that a compound acts on, and sets out when each layer comes in. It is built for people who are already researching peptides and want the whole picture organized before they run anything.

What does a peptide protocol builder actually do?

It turns a set of answers into a structured framework. Based on the data in the research reference set, the tool picks a foundation compound for your goal, adds a second and third layer where the inputs call for them, flags any pair that may compete for the same receptor, and lays out a timing sequence so each layer comes in with the right things stable first. It organizes the research, it does not replace it.

Is the Protocol Builder free?

Yes. The free version returns the foundation check, the first full compound layer with its reasoning, the names of every other compound the framework selected, a description of what the interaction check returns, and the first four weeks of the timing sequence. An email is asked for before the result is shown so you can come back to it.

What does the member version add?

Every compound layer opens with its research range, frequency, titration and timing, along with the full interaction check and the complete timing framework. Members also get a week by week titration calendar for each compound, a reconstitution calculator that turns vial size and water into units, a receptor and interaction map across the whole stack including anything you reported already running, a phase based path for when progress stalls, a 12-week review, and the full protocol saved to Your Research, where it opens and prints. The Protocol Builder subscription is $39.99 a month, and Full Access at $199.99 a year includes it.

Does the tool tell me what to take or how much?

No. Every compound is named to explain what it does in the body, and every range in the member version is a reference drawn from published research, not a recommendation. The output is a research framework to study, and the questions it raises are the ones worth taking to a doctor or working through in the research itself.

Do I need bloodwork before building a protocol?

Research suggests a baseline panel is one of the most useful things to have before a compound starts, because it gives you something to compare against later to tell whether anything moved. The free Bloodwork Diagnostic Tool builds a prioritized panel from your goals and symptoms to take to a doctor, and the Builder's own Before You Build note says the same thing: get a baseline before starting and recheck it as you go.
