Stack Visualizer
See how your stack actually lines up across the week.

The visualizer maps every compound in your stack onto a shared timeline so you can see where half-lives overlap and where receptors compete.

Example: Retatrutide + Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin
Retatrutide, 148hr half-life
Tesamorelin, 2.5hr half-life
Ipamorelin, 2hr half-life
GLP-1R: Retatrutide active all week. GHRH receptor: Tesamorelin active only at the injection window. No receptor competition between the GH peptides and Retatrutide. Timing note: GLP-1 activity from Retatrutide extends the fasted window Ipamorelin requires, so allow 3 hours minimum after the last meal.

Example only. Your stack, your compounds, and your timing are generated from the compounds you enter inside the tool.

The free tool analyzes any single compound. Adding a second opens the receptor overlap curves, the conflict map, injection day optimization, and the 7 day schedule.

Peptide Research Tool

Stack Visualizer

Running two compounds at once is not the same as understanding how they run together. The visualizer shows you the difference.

A peptide's half-life, meaning how long it stays active in the body, determines when receptors are occupied, when they are free, and when two compounds might be working at cross purposes without the researcher knowing it. Running retatrutide alongside ipamorelin looks fine on paper. The visualizer shows that retatrutide's GLP-1 activity extends the fasted window ipamorelin needs, and that timing the ipamorelin injection without accounting for that means the fasted window may not actually be there.

The stack visualizer puts every compound in your stack on a shared timeline. It shows the half-life curve for each one, where two compounds are both active at the same receptor at the same time, where their timing creates a problem, and where adjusting the injection day or the time of day changes the picture. It is the check that runs before the stack does, not after something is not working.

What the visualizer shows
Half-lives, receptors, and timing. All in one view.
Half-Life Curves
See exactly how long each compound stays active.

Every compound in your stack is plotted across a 7 day window. The curve shows when concentration is highest, when it starts to fall, and where it sits relative to your next injection. Half-life just means the point at which half of the compound has cleared, and the curve shows what the whole picture looks like rather than that one number.

Receptor Overlap
Where two compounds hit the same target at the same time.

Receptors are the docking points compounds act on. When two compounds in a stack target the same receptor, the combined load at that receptor changes depending on how the injections are timed. The visualizer maps which receptors are shared and what the combined load looks like across the week.

Day Offset Scheduling
Find the injection day that reduces peak overlap.

For weekly compounds sharing a receptor, injecting both on the same day produces maximum combined receptor load at that moment. Separating injection days by three or four days lowers that peak. The visualizer shows how the numbers change across every day offset so you can see the difference before choosing a schedule.

Timing Conflicts
Flags that go beyond receptor competition.

Some compounds interact not through shared receptors but through effects that change the conditions the other compound depends on. GLP-1 activity that extends a fasted window is one example. The visualizer surfaces these timing notes alongside the receptor overlap so the full picture is in one place.

Reconstitution Calculator
Vial size and water in. Units to draw out.

Enter the milligrams in your vial and the bacteriostatic water you are mixing with, and it returns the exact units to draw on a U-100 syringe, the concentration, and how many doses that vial holds. Runs across every compound in the reference set, and handles blends where several peptides come out of one vial in one draw.

Other Research Tools
The visualizer covers the stack. The other tools cover the protocol and the questions.

The stack visualizer answers how the compounds fit together. The search engine answers the questions behind each compound. The protocol builder builds the full week by week protocol. They work independently and they work together.

Bundle the Stack Visualizer with the Search Engine for $15.99 a month. Go annual at $199.99 and the Protocol Builder comes with it for the full year.
