Running two compounds at once is not the same as understanding how they run together. The visualizer shows you the difference.
A peptide's half-life, meaning how long it stays active in the body, determines when receptors are occupied, when they are free, and when two compounds might be working at cross purposes without the researcher knowing it. The visualizer shows that retatrutide's GLP-1 activity extends the fasted window ipamorelin needs, and that timing the ipamorelin injection without accounting for that means the fasted window may not actually be there.
The stack visualizer puts every compound in your stack on a shared timeline. It shows the half-life curve for each one, where two compounds are both active at the same receptor at the same time, where their timing creates a problem, and where adjusting the injection day or the time of day changes the picture. It is the check that runs before the stack does, not after something is not working.
Every compound in your stack is plotted across a 7 day window. The curve shows when concentration is highest, when it starts to fall, and where it sits relative to your next injection. Half-life just means the point at which half of the compound has cleared, and the curve shows what the whole picture looks like rather than that one number.
Receptors are the docking points compounds act on. When two compounds in a stack target the same receptor, the combined load at that receptor changes depending on how the injections are timed. The visualizer maps which receptors are shared and what the combined load looks like across the week.
For weekly compounds sharing a receptor, injecting both on the same day produces maximum combined receptor load at that moment. Separating injection days by three or four days lowers that peak.
